Submission Guidelines
Lionheart Group Publishing welcomes unsolicited, un-agented, well-written manuscripts in all genres. LGP does not editorialize, critique or communicate favorable judgments on a work’s quality on the basis of submission. The material will either be rejected, or further instructions will be given. Please do not inquire on the status of a submission. The appropriate company division will respond only after thoroughly reviewing submitted works.
Books Department
A suitable submission must include:
- A title page with relevant contact information (name, address, phone(s), e-mail address).
- A cover letter with biographical information and previous publications, if applicable.
- A brief synopsis covering the entire plot, theme, and structure of the work, including the conclusion.
- The manuscript as an 8.5 x 11 word document, double spaced, with pages numbered consecutively, and with the author’s last name and manuscript title at the top of each page.
Graphics Division
Lionheart Graphics prefers high quality art samples in .jpg or .png format. Do not send original art or materials on CD. Ensure the artist’s name and contact information is on every sample submitted. Lionheart Graphics destroys all unmarked samples to avoid potential legal action against Lionheart Group Publishing. Samples cannot be returned. Lionheart Graphics keeps suitable samples on file. Patience is key. When a suitable job arises that matches your talents, you will be notified for contract.
